BRINGING YOU TO STILLNESS
BRINGING YOU TO PEACE
Through our Yoga practice our minds begin to quiet, we come to stillness and through stillness we come to a place of peace. When we experience deep inner peace we begin to weave a new reality for humanity. As our inner experience of peace ripples outwards and we share our peace with others, thread by thread a new cloth is woven.
This is my offering to you.

Yoga classes and Workshops
Weekly Classes in Coleford, Somerset
Monday: 9.30 - 10.45am
Wednesday: 09.30 – 10.45am
Saturday: 08.00 - 09.00am
Chair yoga: Monday 11.30am-12.30pm at Zen Rebel studios MSN
Monday morning’s class is suitable for beginners and offers a gentle restorative start to your week. Wednesday and Saturday morning’s class offer a traditional practice.
Classes and workshops are open to all from beginners to committed long-term practitioners. Classes incorporate pranayama (breathing), asana (posture) and savasana (relaxation). Asanas may be held in stillness combined with deep breathing or practiced dynamically as a flowing vinyasa sequence to suit the needs and dynamic of a class.
Chair Yoga is great for supporting mobility and can help to increase strength and flexibility. It’s especially suited for people with limited mobility, chronic health issues and seniors. All classes will include gentle movement, breathing and relaxation techniques. Chair Yoga has been found to be especially helpful for pain management, stress reduction, sleep and conditions such as arthritis. Come and give this fun and relaxing class a try!
During a class you will be encouraged to work mindfully with awareness of how you are feeling physically and mentally, every day is new and every day we are different. I can offer a range of variations to suit your specific needs, whether you require more gentle variations for a restorative practice or more challenging variations for a stronger practice. Ultimately you are encouraged to move your body and create shapes in a way that feels useful for you.

Meditation, Kirtan and Yoga Nidra
I work intuitively aiming to allow you to unlock your inner potential through a deep meditative practice, which allows one to enter into a place of stillness, peace and knowing.
Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Kirtan
On the 2nd Friday of the month, 7.00-9pm, alternating between Coleford, Somerset and Zen Rebel Studio in Midsomer Norton.
What to expect? A luxurious and restorative journey of Yoga Nidra and Meditation with a weave of gentle movement, breathing practices and Kirtan.
When we sing together it brings a sense of unity and reminds us of our togetherness. Kirtan is the practice of singing devotional Vedic mantras and no prior experience or ability to sing tunefully is necessary! The practice of Kirtan is deeply relaxing and heart opening. It can bring gentle emotional release and lead to a greater sense of inner peace and trust.
Advance booking only, non-refundable but fully transferrable to a friend.
